Complex Litigation Forum is a conference that spotlights current legal issues in complex litigation, including MDLs, class actions, and ethical considerations surrounding choice of venue, attorneys’ fees, case management, and the expanding influence of litigation financing in complex cases. Additionally, we will extend discussions into state court consolidation versus a federal MDL venue and strategies in both.
A focus on management of mass torts and complex commercial litigation demands a clear practice management plan. This is reflected in an ongoing demand for court oversight on case attrition and litigation funding disclosures to the judiciary. The forthcoming discussions at our conference are designed with open interaction among the panel guests.
The event presents numerous opportunities for leadership figures, executive committee members in attendance, as well as judges overseeing complex cases, to engage in meaningful dialogue about establishing best practices and driving efficient change in managing extensive dockets.
We are grateful to work with extraordinary organizations to make this event possible. Below are all the firms actively involved in the Complex Litigation Forum.
